Coach with Tom

Coaching is a process that offers tools and technique which will lead you to take actions so that you get the desired results. My coaching style is simple, honest, direct, intuitive and humorous. I enjoy working with clients who are honest, open to getting feedback, willing to explore their lives, take risks, hold self accountable and most of all, wants to improve the quality of their lives.
I should add that it is not unusual for me to suggest a book that may be of use to you in our working together.
To determine if we are a match, we will need to meet for a brief session at no cost to you. We can meet in person, talk on the phone or via Skype. During the session, I will be asking you questions to help me to identify what you want to change and what results you are expecting.
Also, this will be your chance to ask me questions such as "What is involved in the coaching process?" or "What is the time commitment with coaching?" or even "How much will this cost me?" and much more.
It is important that all potential clients understand that coaching is not a replacement for therapy.
In fact, I have a number of clients who continue to see their therapist while working with me. My primary role is to offer tools for you to manage your worrying habits and your therapist's job is to work with you in dealing with emotional and behavioral aspects of your treatment.
For example, if you have been diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder (GAD), your Therapist is the primary source of emotional support in addressing any issues associated with that disorder.
Otherwise, I can offer a variety of supportive coaching suggestions and tools in helping you manage your worry habits.
Below are examples of other issues I help my clients with:
So if you have some areas you would like to improve upon and think coaching can help you, contact me for a no cost complimentary session.
Worry Less, Live More,
Tom
