" I offer tools and practices that will teach you to manage your worry habits instead of the other way around. My approach is humorous, personal, practical, and moves you forward in either your personal, professional or spiritual life."
~ Tom Ellis

I know worrying very well.
From a very early age, I have suffered from excessive, uncontrolled worry behaviors. I worried about anything and everything.
I worried about finances, my health, relationships at home and work, whether others would like me, or if I made the right career choice, or that others would judge me and see me as a fraud. Just to name a few. It was emotionally and physically exhausting.
The impact of my worrying has created costly damages. Examples were failed personal relationships, poor financial decisions, hospitalization with both perforated and bleeding ulcers, and burning out those I love with my chronic worrying.
The price I paid for chronic worrying was quite high.
I met with counselors, spiritual advisors and therapists in search for relief from this mental pain and suffering. We have done amazing work together in helping me to understand myself and why I worry, but something was still missing. My inner voice was screaming out....
" I needed tools to manage my chronic and uncontrolled worrying! "
I wanted to put an end to my unnecessary worrying. I needed a set of real life practical tools to manage my worry habits. The self-help books were either wordy, not applicable or impersonal. I realized that I needed to work with a real person on managing the worrying. I could not do it on my own.
Then my life as a chronic worrier was unexpectedly coming to an end. It was during my personal development coach training that I discovered, with the use of powerful tools, that relief from worrying was possible. Myself, along with the others in the training program, were encouraged to practice using the coaching tools on real life issues with each other.
During those times of coaching each other with the tools, I had several major breakthroughs with regards to my worry habits. First, I was impressed with how effective and easy it was to use the tools in dealing with many personal issues, such as worrying too much.
Second, I saw the value in working with someone like a coach, in helping me to navigate through issues and holding me accountable in meeting what ever goals I wanted to meet. In my case, I wanted to manage my worrying and not have it manage me.
So, if you are a worrier that is tired of worrying and what it has done to your life, then I ask you, are you ready to Worry Less and Live More?
